Hi, We’re Fountain Square Counseling and Wellness, and we can help.

We provide individual therapy and body work to people trying to break free from unhelpful patterns. We use a person-centered, trauma-focused approach that includes methods such as EMDR, somatic experiences, narrative therapy, and body work (including craniosacral fascial therapy technique, body-mind integration or help with the foundations of living, with our licensed massage therapist and certified nutrition consultant.). Our clients walk away from therapy feeling like they have greater clarity on who they are and how they want to move forward in life. They tell us that therapy has helped them figure out who they are underneath the baggage they’ve been carrying for years.

    Anxiety is our brain telling us we are not safe. We feel overwhelmed and worried even when it does not seem logical. Therapy helps you look at these feelings and identify how to put you back in control of your body and brain.
