The modern solution to these issues is often focused on struggle. Maybe you’ve been encouraged to wrestle with distressing thoughts or control intense emotional reactions. Unfortunately, this approach often leads to more tension, more distress and very little progress towards the goals you actually care about. 


Therapy should help you manage the stress in your life - not add to it. That’s why we’ll start by using mindfulness training, breathwork strategies and movement practices to help you develop a sense of safety and stillness in your body and mind. From there, we can address any issue you’d like to work on - no struggle required.
