Hi, I’m Sam Leffers, LMHC
Welcoming New Clients
(Individuals, Ages 18+)
I’m Sam, and I work with adults in both individual and group therapy settings. My therapeutic approach is rooted in curiosity, openness and respect for every client’s autonomy.
My time as a therapist has convinced me that healing, balance and growth are the natural inclinations of the human condition, but that difficult circumstances and unjust systems can interrupt this process. I view myself as a guide, helping you to safely explore life’s difficulties without telling you where to go or how to feel. In my experience, this client-centered, non-judgmental philosophy supports a more creative, compassionate and productive therapeutic experience.
Outside of work, I enjoy composing ambient music, experimenting with my meditation practice, exploring the city while running, and rooting for the Pacers. I currently live on the east side of Indianapolis with my wife and two dogs.
