Ready to bring fulfillment and meaning back into your life?

Elexa Ellis, LMHCA

We live in a world filled with people who are anxious, depressed, and uncertain.

That doesn’t mean you have to be.

My name is Elexa, and my passion is to walk alongside people as they navigate through the toughest times in their lives.

My goal is to help guide my clients through a journey of self-discovery and find meaning in life experiences. Through this process, I hope to empower and encourage clients to live a fulfilling, meaningful life.

I do not believe in one ‘cure-all’ approach to mental health treatment. Though humans are mutually threaded through experiences of anxiety and depression, a person’s needs vary based on their experiences and culture. In our sessions, you can anticipate working towards your goals in a safe, confidential environment with a clinician who’s dedicated to your story.

My top priority is building a strong relationship with my clients to encourage safety and vulnerability in this space. To start treatment, we will examine your presenting concerns and unpack the ways it impacts your mental well-being. I prioritize the introduction of coping skills, healthy communication, and dismantling unhelpful thought patterns. Above all, we will work together to identify your needs and tailor your care to those needs.

My passion is in ensuring all people feel heard and understood.

I have clinical training in anxiety, depression, and health-related struggles. Though I am clinically trained, you are the expert on your life.

Choosing the right therapist is important, so choose someone who makes you feel seen, heard, and appreciated. I aim to aid you in the pursuit of finding yourself again or for the first time. Take time to invest in yourself, you’re worth it.
