Hi, I’m Jon Burden, LSW
Welcoming New Clients
(Individuals, Ages 15+)
Hi, I’m Jon! I began my work over 10 years ago in community-based, home-based, and school-based social work settings. During this time, I found a desire and passion for helping others find purpose and meaning, which eventually led me to find my own as a therapist. My therapeutic approach applies a non-judgmental, trauma-informed lens to foster healing and transformation through curiosity, understanding, and acceptance.
My intention is to create a safe space for you to process, explore, and discover. I see my role as a support to walk alongside you in your journey, sometimes as a guide, other times as a witness. I am passionate about helping others find freedom and comfort in growing and learning more about themselves.
Outside of work I enjoy film, books, being active outdoors, trying new things around the city, and spending time with family and friends.
