Stop feeling stuck and start living.
Rachel Block, LMHCA
Life can be overwhelming, and it’s easy to lose yourself. You deserve support, balance, and the chance to thrive.
Let’s talk.
Hi, I’m Rachel. I’m passionate about helping you build resilience and discover meaning in your life.
I’m here to support you on a journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery. Whether you’re dealing with life’s challenges, anxiety, depression, or searching for deeper meaning, I’ll help you develop the tools and confidence to move forward and build a meaningful, fulfilling life.
I believe that every person is unique, and I am committed to an individualized approach specific to you. Creating a safe and supportive environment is very important to me, so you always feel heard, respected, and comfortable throughout our work together.
My goal is to build a meaningful connection as we explore your past experiences and how they have shaped you. From there, we’ll focus on mindfulness, building on your strengths, and processing challenging thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll find the path that works best for your growth and healing, with support every step of the way.
My experience working with individuals facing anxiety and depression has helped me develop the interpersonal skills needed to support you on your therapeutic journey.
Finding the right therapist can be difficult, and I don’t claim to be the expert on your life — you are. What I can offer is a space where you feel seen, heard, and valued. My role is to support you as you reconnect with yourself — or discover parts of you for the very first time. Investing in yourself takes courage, and it’s the first step toward meaningful change.
I’m passionate about helping people feel validated and empowered.
