Rachel Block, LMHCA

Welcoming New Clients (Individuals; Ages 6+)

Hi! I’m Rachel, and I work with individuals ages 6 and up navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and personal growth. I firmly believe that every person is unique and that seeking support can be the first step toward meaningful change, self-discovery, and healing.

My goal is not to be the expert on your life, but rather to create a safe, supportive, and individualized space where you feel heard, respected, and valued. I strive to walk alongside you, offering guidance and encouragement as you reconnect with yourself—or discover parts of yourself for the first time. My work is driven by a genuine desire to help people better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and create lasting, positive change. I know that investing in yourself takes courage, and I am honored to be part of that journey.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy discovering new music, spending time with friends, exercising, cooking, and being outdoors with my dog, Penny.
